The City Neighbors Foundation is designed to support each City Neighbors school.  Each City Neighbors school governance model is based on the keystone arch. When the three arches are joined together, we create  The Keystone Bridge.

Supporting The Keystone Bridge is the Foundation Board Council that unites and supports all the separate keystone arches.  The Foundation Council  meets four times a year and is made of 4 representatives from each City Neighbors school.

In addition, the Foundation Council has 3 staff members:
